TS98 Leaf Collector Machine

Constructed for durability, this leaf sweeper is built to withstand prolonged and heavy use. Its brushes feature a differential mechanism, ensuring smooth maneouvring in tight corners without causing wheel damage.

The sweeping power is further boosted by the differential mechanism, allowing both ground wheels to drive the pickup brushes. Adjusting the machines’s height is simple and requires minimal effort.

The main drive, transmitted through durable metal gears, ensures longevity. The collector, crafted from rust-proof and robust plastic, is designed for user-friendly operation. When reversing into a tipping heap, only two wheels make contact with the lawn, streamlining the process. Additionally, this machine comes with a convenient collector’s sheet.

PSU-RS Trailer SCH Leaf Collector Machine

Adapted to function similarly to a tree surgeon’s shredder (hence the resemblance), this model distinguishes itself primarily through its motor and impeller. These components are engineered to generate robust suction, effectively diminishing the volume of collected leaves and debris as they pass through the fan. The reduced material is then ejected through the chute into an attached trailer.

The wander hose is 8 inches (200mm) in diameter and 3 meters in length for bulk leaf clearance.

NB: You will need a 50mm or drop pin fitting (either fixed or removeable) mounting at the rear of the trailer.

PSU Leaf Collector Machine from SCH

The PSU model shares similarities with the PSU-RS, differing in that instead of an ejection chute, mulched debris is gathered through an ejection hose into an enclosed trailer. This process utilizes a specially adapted plate and cover, to fit the trailer, which we can supply or adapt before purchase.

Model TPSU

Named as the “T”PSU, this version represents another iteration of the well-received PSU (Professional Suction Unit).

Delivered as a comprehensive solution, the “T”PSU suction unit comes complete with a trailer, ready for immediate use.

The trailer features a tipping mechanism and offers two options:

Self-tipping functionality with an onboard integral 12-volt battery and electric hydraulic pump.
Power supply through a tractor’s hydraulic system, compatible with either a single or double spool valve setup.

Commercial Leaf Collector Vacuum TRCL

This commercial leaf vacuum efficiently gathers large amounts of leaves in a single fill, accelerating labor and reducing costs.

Towed by a ride-on lawnmower, this model connects a hose directly to the rear grass outlet. The powerful motorized fan unit, mounted at the front of the machine, suctions up green waste from the cutter deck of the ride-on and propels it into the collector trailer. The trailer, characterized by a low center of gravity, ensures exceptional stability even on uneven ground.
