"I can highly recommend Keith from Fresh Group Products, he came to my rescue when Haygain failed to deliver my HG2000 and were uncontactable via phone and email. Keith offered me an alternative to Haygain, the Nuveq hay steamer! This is by far a superior chest, it holds a lot more, and has an automatic cut off switch so the boiler will never run dry. No need to descale, and has a separate water container so very easy to fill. The hay smells amazing once steamed, my horses can vouch for that. Normally would not eat any hay but happily chomped on their haynets which were completely empty in the morning, with no waste left on the floor. I have to praise Keith on his product knowledge, he really does do his research. He is completely honest and gives you the pros and cons (if there are any). Delivery from Nuveq was super quick, and arrived the following morning. Five star service and product, nothing negative to say."

Two of my horses were suffering with laminitis and dust mould issues. The Haygain steamer has been a Godsend for our horses. The fact that the steamed hay is light and easy to carry makes a big difference to our daily chores. I used to soak the hay before, which was heavy to handle, especially in the freezing weather, but it is much easier now. The service and product information I received was very good.
