- Tine Depth: Set to approximately 1–2 inches depending on surface and membrane depth.
- Levelling vs Dragging: Use “levelling” rather than “dragging” to prevent frequent top-ups or membrane displacement, saving time and money.

Chapman Arena Leveller Features and Benefits
- Kick board perimeter balde can be use on each side of the arena leveller
- Fully galvanised finish (except the spring tines).
- Large tracking wheels assist with better levelling.
- Rollers are fitted to both the rear of the machine on both sides with individual adjustment to allow for straight or tapered boards sometimes seen on indoor riding schools. The perimeter blade also has a roller wheel to further assist reducing the chance of "catching" and damaging the kick boards!
- Compaction roller to give that perfect finish.

They will pretty much go on for ever it seems. Being hot dipped galvanised for longevity. You just need to the basic maintenance (lubrication and tyre pressures – refer to the manufacturers manual)
