At Fresh Group Products, we take an “old school” approach and believe it’s always good to talk. Unlike many online retailers selling hundreds of products they’ve never seen or used, we’ve either personally used the products over the years or, at the very least, observed their manufacturing and testing processes. We have in-depth knowledge of what we sell. Our company motto is: “We only sell products we would buy for our own use.”
We often receive calls from customers who purchased tools online, thinking they were right for the job based on misleading product descriptions. Unfortunately, many products are oversold and misrepresented.
Please call or email us to confirm your order. We will need the contact name(s), phone number(s), and full invoice and delivery address details, including postcodes. A commercial invoice with payment details will then be provided for both businesses and private consumers. Once payment is received, the goods will be shipped, or you can arrange for collection if preferred.
While our prices can fluctuate due to manufacturing changes, we remain competitive in the market and provide genuine customer care—before, during, and after sales. We normally email information and prices, however, if you need a more officially formatted quotation, we can supply from our accounts system (useful if you are applying for a grant for example).
Yes, you will receive a commercial invoice. Once payment is received you will receive the same invoice with a “zero” balance as official proof of payment.
Absolutely. We will price match and beat any genuine like for like quotation. We need written proof or a web link to verify it authenticity. Also, noting if delivery costs are/are not included in the other quotation. NB: Our prices include free delivery to all mainland UK addresses, including the highland regions of Scotland.
Yes, we have been supplying our customers, old and new for over 23 years now and are available 7 days a week (see some of our customers comments). We love what we do and are happy to speak Saturdays, Sundays. Have a question? – Give us a call.
Yes, depending on variants we are happy to discuss a payment plan. Once the final payment is received, we will arrange delivery of your goods.
Shipping / Deliveries
Most deliveries are made via the pallet network and typically take 1 to 2 days, depending on location. If you have the means to unload the pallet (e.g., forklift, telehandler, tractor with forks), that is preferred. However, all deliveries—unless arranged otherwise—are made on lorries with tail-lifts and a pump-up pallet truck.
We will discuss access and drop-off details with you to ensure the delivery goes smoothly. For most deliveries, we can provide an online tracking system.
When the goods arrive, please inspect them for damage before signing. Never sign for goods as “undamaged” or allow them to be left without a signature and inspection. If damage is found, please refer to the written instructions you received with your zero-balanced invoice copy emailed to you.
Yes, in most cases this can be arranged but must be planned to ensure the equipment is ready. On the day of collection, we must receive a call (not text) 1 hour before collection to ensure everything goes smoothly.
