It’s very quick and simple to do. Typically for ATV quad bikes you would have the ball hitch in the lower position. If, however you want to tow it with a UTV with the hitch mounted in a higher position, then simply reverse the drawbar through 180° and then bolt the drawbar back in. Doing this then raises the position of the ball hitch. This is all thanks to the standard swivel hitch fitting.
