Innolift – SELF LOADING Van Pallet Stacker

The Innolift is an ingenious patented product that is the answer to avoiding those van and pickup unloading and loading headaches. This self-loading machine offers a useful alternative to pallet trucks, tail lifts, ramps, and swing lifters.

Revolutionary, lightweight, and durable, this forklift is designed to transport goods with vans and other commercial vehicles. This unit helps operators load and unload vans handling Europallets, stillages, and other loads and manoeuvring them within the body.

Our van pallet stacker is the only lifter that can self-load into and out of a delivery van, leaving the driver to operate independently from the warehouse staff. Doing this eliminates the health and safety hazards of manual loading and unloading.

Extremely cost-effective, this implement allows a quick return on a small investment that has leasing arrangements available, maximizing the tax saving on the purchase (subject to status). Manufactured to a very high standard, reliable, and simple to operate and maintain, these machines can lift 600kg as high as 1.12 m.

The units are powered by a 12V battery, an 8 kW motor, and a hydraulic pack, and include a high-speed charger and charging lead for in-vehicle charging.

Innolift Range

There are 4 models available, with the largest unit weighing just 204 kg, eliminating the need for an expensive tail lift requiring a separate pallet truck. The design accommodates open-bottom pallets, skids, and crates. This versatile implement excels at moving heavy items like medical and office equipment, white goods, building materials, UPS equipment, and anything on a Euro Pallet. It’s a “must-have” machine for any business, regardless of size.

How easy is the Innolift to use?

Can I use it with any pallets?

The “wrapover” leg models are primarily designed to work with “Euro” pallets (800mm by 1200mm) open bottom pallets. Whilst it is not recommended or good practice we have seen customer make a simple modification to a standard 1200mm by 1000mm “Closed bottom pallet and saw out slots at one end to enable the Innolift to lift these pallets. NOTE: This does not comply to H&S regulations!

Can I charge the Innolift whilst on the move?

Yes, each machine comes with a vehicle charger lead therefore keeping the Innolift charged up ready to use when you arrive at your destination.
